Magnus Carlsen and Fabiano Caruana are in search of their first win at the World Chess Championship in London as the eight of the 12 games also ended in a draw.

With four more games to go, one of the grandmaster has to raise the ante and attack more. Both the players were on even terms on the table when it came to moves but one brilliant move separated them.

In game 1, Carlsen did push for the win but the American Caruana fought back and pulled off a draw. The result did set the trend for the next seven games.

On Friday, in game 6, Caruana had a chance against Carlsen but he floundered in his last moves.

Carlsen would be used to playing draws at the world championship since 2013. The Norwegian defended his 2016 title against Sergey Karjakin of Russia - with the match starting with seven successive draws and then taking it to the tie-break for the title.
