Glenn Maxwell and Chris Lynn are the right players who fit well to the Twenty20 format of the game. The reason because, both the batsmen are natural stroke players and have the ability to go after the bowler from the first ball itself.
Lynn is definitely the impact player for Kolkata Knight Riders and has to take the onus of opening the innings with Sunil Narine. However, the Australian is yet to find his form after returning with scores of 5 and 22.
Maxwell, on the other hand is being experimented by his franchise, Delhi Daredevils, who are unable to decide for him the right batting position. Maxwell could also come in handy with his offspinners and get through those quick overs for the captain.
