England wicket-keeper Jonny Bairstow, prior to the start of the Test series against South Africa, left a nets session in pain after being struck by Arjun Tendulkar's yorker.
Sachin Tendulkar's son, Arjun (17), a left-arm seamer, was practising with the English players during the session at Lord's on Wednesday morning.
Jonny's left foot, The Daily Mail reported, was was placed briefly in a compression unit to ease the pain during the session.
The injury, however, wasn't serious enough to put Bairstow out of the first Test at Lord's.
